lunch - banana, greek yogurt with honey, strawberries and raspberries - 275 cals
snack - salt and vinegar sticks (105) 2 chocolate digestives (170) - 275 cals
tea - spinach and ricotta pasta with sauce - 459 cals
Total: 1,178 cals
So, I strayed slightly off plan today - I didn’t intend to have 2 chocolate biscuits but I was in a meeting and they were offered with a cuppa so I had them. Probably shouldn’t, but trying not to stress out too much as my calories for the day are pretty good in total. I am trying to stay over 1,200 calories each day, so I’ve got near that so that’s good.
I could focus a bit more on getting more veg into my diet, we shall see.
